Plastic Card and Product Mounting

We match, mount and attach plastic cards and/or product samples to both personalised and non personalised stationery.

High Speed Imaging Technology:

Utilising the latest in high speed imaging technology we are able to scan the personalised details of a letter or mailing piece, and cross match and verify a personalised plastic card prior to attaching the card to the letter by way of “easi-peel” hot melt glue, or cold latex glue.

We can read from a magnetic strip or personalised text and uniquely number a card carrier as the personalised card is attached. We can also attach a wide variety of different products, including fridge magnets and sample sachets (as used by pharmaceutical and beauty product manufacturers).

Our latest Rotary Pick and Place system allows us to affix / mount most items.
