We are able to fully personalise any size format from less than A6, through A5 and A4 to A3 and also those larger sized more complex jobs, up to 420mm x 711 mm on our continuous lasers. Large colour prints can be achieved on our 700mm x 330mm printer.  All can be processed at speeds of up to 28,000 A4 images per hour and a density of up to 1200dpi.

Ink Jet Addressing

“Quick and cost effective?”

The use of the latest ink jet solutions means we are able to address most substrates and stocks from 80 gsm NCR stocks to 760 micron P.V.C. cards in resolutions of up to 600 dpi and speeds of 20,000 items per hour.

We can address quickly and effectively post cards and outer envelopes with a number of different fonts from hand written scripts to barcodes and even graphics. Using the latest camera matching software technology we are able to perform a process affectionately called “read & squirt”. 

Here we camera read a sequence or unique reference number from a pre-personalised and folded sheet and affix a non personalised item (such as a plastic card, fridge magnet or product sachet). We then look up the record and personalise the affixed item with fields from the matched data record.
